Psalm 98 is the psalm for spring

it is possible to take spiritual exercise and physical exercise combined.

This photo was taken today in a difficult-to-reach valley, so rarely disturbed that the far field was heaving with happy wild, brown rabbits. Paolo is searching for today's Scripture readings, all of which he read from his Kindle while walking back home.

We declaimed Psalm 98 under a Victorian viaduct which had a superb cathedral-like acoustic. Psalm 98 is very suitable for Spring. It has the line about "rivers clapping their hands". The nearby stream sounded just like clapping.

Make a joyful noise unto the Lord, all the earth:
Make a loud noise, and rejoice, and sing praise,

Sing unto the LORD with the harp;
with the harp, and the voice of a psalm.
With trumpets and sound of cornet
Make a joyful noise before the Lord, the King.
Let the sea roar, and the fullness thereof;
the world, and they that dwell therein.
Let the floods clap their hands:

let the hills be joyful together.
